The Festival Box Office is located at the main reception at Highlanes Gallery, Laurence Street, Drogheda.
Reservations
Tickets can only be reserved with full payment.
Refunds & Transfers
The Festival has a no refund or exchange policy on all tickets purchased.
Purchased tickets are strictly non-transferable
Concessions
Concessions are available to those purchasing tickets in person only.
This is available for senior citizens, unwaged and full-time students with appropriate ID.
Groups
A group discount is available (to groups of 11+) to most performances. Please contact the Festival Box Office for details.
Special Assistance
If a member of your party is a wheelchair user or needs special assistance in any venue, please inform Box Office at the point of booking. Please note that some events are not fully accessible; details at each listed event in this brochure.
Ticket Collection/ Box Office
If you are collecting your tickets at the Box Office at Highlanes Gallery, please ensure you do so 4 hours before show-time as the box office for each event transfers to the door at that time.
If you are not collecting your ticket in advance, your pre-booked and pre-paid ticket will be at the door for collection. Please arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before show-time.
Latecomers Not Admitted
Latecomers will not be admitted and refunds are not available.
