Drogheda Arts Festival reserves the right to revise, amend, alter or delete the information provided on this website at any time, but shall not be responsible for or liable in respect of any such revisions, amendments, alterations or deletions.
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded after purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Mobile Phones must be switched off during shows.
No Cameras and No Recording is permitted and Management reserve the right to confiscate offending equipment.
Ticket holder assumes all risk of injury and all responsibility for property lost, destruction or theft and releases the promoters from all liability thereafter.
Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Drogheda Arts Festival does not collect any personal data about you on this website, apart from information which you volunteer (for example completing online forms or by emailing us). Any information which you provide in this is not made available to any third parties, and is used by Drogheda Arts Festival only in line with the purpose for which you provided it. We respect your privacy and any personal information which you volunteer to this website will be treated with the highest standards of confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 & 2003.
If you have given us any information and wish to have this information either changed or deleted from our records please email arts@droghedaboro.ie and we will comply with same.
